As a former elementary school teacher, I love working with families to document each stage of life. My approach to family and newborn photography is lifestyle-based. I strive to capture you and your loved ones in your element - playing, cuddling, running, and laughing… and sometimes even the occasional tear or two. I truly believe it is all beautiful. In your session, we will get a few shots of everything - classic photos smiling at the camera, as well as candid moments with your loved ones.

For most newborn sessions, I come to your home to document life with your new baby (don’t worry, your home doesn’t have to be spotless and I will give you tips on how to maximize your space for photos). Some clients also choose to shoot at a studio (approx. $100).

For newborn and family sessions, I can help you select a location and provide options, depending on what style you are looking for.
